Using this portal

Some tips and tricks for getting the most out of this site.

Getting Information to you quickly

In certain circumstances — such as a temporary service outage, scheduled maintenance, severe attack, etc. — we may want to send fast updates to you.

These notifications will be sent as emails, but we will also send them as Push Notifications. In order to do that, you will need to:

  • enable Push Notifications (which can also be received by compatible desktop browsers);
  • install the PWA mobile app.

You can review and manage your messages in the Notifications Centre.

PWA & Push Notifications

This site has been configured to be a Progressive Web App (PWA) which means that, once you have installed it on your mobile device, you will be able to receive Push Notifications (and login with Biometrics, of course).

How to install the PWA on Android

How to enable Biometrics and Push Notifications, and install the PWA:

  • navigate to https://www.verseonedxp.com on your mobile device;
  • login to the portal with your existing username and password;
  • navigate to Your Account and load PWA Preferences;
  • click the buttons to "Enable" Biometrics Login and Push Notifications (if you have not already done so);
  • in Install as PWA, press "Install".

The PWA will be added to the most convenient place (probably the last page of your apps): you will recognise it by the logo above.

How to install the PWA on iOS

How to enable Biometrics and Push Notifications, and install the PWA:

If you are on an Android device, you will be able to perform a one-click "Install" of the PWA.

If you are on iOS:

  • press the three horizontal "more options" lines in the browser address bar;
  • on the resulting pop-over sheet, press "Share";
  • on the next pop-over sheet, scroll down and press "Add to Home Screen";
  • press "Add".

The PWA will be added to the most convenient place (probably the last page of your apps): you will recognise it by the logo above.

You can now receive Push Notifications.

We promise not to spam you but, in any case, you can disable Push Notifications at any time — via your standard Operating System (OS) methods or by disabling them in Your Account.

Don't worry — we will still send status updates via email.
