By registering for or using the VerseOne Cyber Security Portal, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out using your account and must notify VerseOne promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must use the Portal lawfully and responsibly. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Portal or any associated systems, circumvent security controls, introduce malware or other harmful code, conduct vulnerability scanning or penetration testing without prior written permission, or interfere with the operation or availability of the Portal.
You must not upload, submit or share any material that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, abusive, infringing, discriminatory or otherwise harmful, or that contains malicious code.
Information provided through the Portal is intended for authorised users and must be treated appropriately. You must not share, reproduce or distribute confidential or security-sensitive information without appropriate authorisation.
VerseOne may suspend or terminate access where these Terms and Conditions are breached or where necessary to protect the Portal, its users or its systems. We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
